My mistake, the 64bit OS is on another Pi. This one has been upgraded in place from Jessie so cannot be. Still does not explain how it was running though. I know, it's embarrassing. I had a previous weather station (Maplin) that went doolally and injected a lot of duff records. Every now and then I have a session deleting them but I'm not there yet

Oh so close.

The console can't see the anemometer ISS. I do have a console that can, but that is hidden away and sending data via logger to my RPi website. If only you could receive on more than one channel and retransmit the one not shown/logged.
