Re: Sudden error on startup, does it think it's on Windows?

I went straight from 3043 to 3235 on 26/3 and it ran for 10 days. On 7/4 there was an event which crashed the Pi and I had to remove power to get it back again, and when it restarted the x86 directory was gone. So far I have only reinstated the sqlite dll, I will re-unzip the entire distribution nex...

Re: Sudden error on startup, does it think it's on Windows?

My mistake, the 64bit OS is on another Pi. This one has been upgraded in place from Jessie so cannot be. Still does not explain how it was running though. There is a dll in the program directory pi@WeatherServerB:/home/cumulus/Cumulus3 $ ls -hls sqlite3.dll 1.1M -rwxrw-rw- 1 root root 1.1M Feb 20 22...

Ta. Changing my site to a self published certificate is well overdue.

I'll get to it as part of my Pi refurb

Re: Thank you to everyone here

Incidentally, what is wrong with the image in my signature? Is it too large, what are the critera for [img]? I upgraded my camera since I was here last, and have changed from full res (4608 by 2592) to low res (640 by 480) but it still does not come out http://weather.mountpleasanthouse.uk/webcam/la...

Re: Who has a HG-11 2020?

I have just got mine out of storage, I've been running MX for the last 8 years or so and did not connect it to my Pi. The cable still has the DB9 connector on it, from when it was connected to a PC. To interface to the Pi is it just a matter of getting a USB to RS232 adaptor or do the signals not wo...

Re: Thank you to everyone here

your records indicate some record braking values
I know, it's embarrassing. I had a previous weather station (Maplin) that went doolally and injected a lot of duff records. Every now and then I have a session deleting them but I'm not there yet

Thank you to everyone here

My Raspberry Pi hosted installation has been running for years without upgrade. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Re: Selecting inputs from more than one Vantage Vue ISS

Oh so close.

The console can't see the anemometer ISS. I do have a console that can, but that is hidden away and sending data via logger to my RPi website. If only you could receive on more than one channel and retransmit the one not shown/logged.

Selecting inputs from more than one Vantage Vue ISS

I've had a Vantage Vue for three and a half years. Recently the temperature and humidity stopped reporting. After cleaning the sensor there was no change so I investigated replacement - to cut things short the cheapest was to buy a s/h ISS. This leaves me with the possibility of having a more optima...
