No you can not edit the data on Wunderground, just delete bad data.

I have a Vantage Pro 2. Never been happy with the Davis rainfall collectors. They get dirty and need frequent maintenance. So I use a couple of regular rain gauges and update the daily.txt file manually I'm a member of CoCoRoaHS and use one of their recommenced rain gauges. I enter the rainfall data...

The files started in 1998. I had a weather monitor before that but no PC then.

I did mine the other day. Only a couple of errors and those months had very little data.
I found it best to put the WL files in directories by year before converting. Then it's a lot faster as you don't have to keep scrolling down for the next file to convert. Did 15 years worth in about an hour.

I have records from my WL that go back to 2002.
So all I need to do is export the monthly files to a new folder renaming 22011lg.txt to the current month I am exporting, then edit and run the vbs file from withing that folder?

OK. I am wary as I just spent the last two weeks rebuilding after a bad rootkit virus.
