Yes, just the same as you would with any other web server, if you open the required ports in your firewall (8002 and 8998 by default) and forward the ports appropriately. But anyone else who knew about it (or found out about it) would also be able to access it, and view your settings, including you...

You should see it locally on your browser. Not sure if you care but you should maybe remove the serial number above from your post. I am still utilizing V.25 and see that you are using V.26. Do you have a guesstimate as to the number of users of your software?

I noticed that CumulusMX has a registration number or similar built in. I never really saw that in Cumulus 1 (well never really looked).
