Re: Help need for spare part
Yes, you are more exposed there - in fact my anemometer only reflects wind conditions in my garden because I don't have it set on the roof - therefore not exposed.

Re: Help need for spare part
I don't know if this is of any use to you:
http://www.clasohlson.com/uk/Weather-St ... r363242000
At the moment it is £49. I have seen it at £39. Maybe after Xmas they will offer it again at £39, but still good at that price for now.

Re: Sorry for the past can we now keep it there
Welcome back Geoff.
I'm sure you will get the necessary help to set up your new station. The sooner the better, because I always checked what the weather was doing in Rhyl!
I wish I could help, but I'm useless on these matters.
Kindest Regards Kevin

Re: Turn off New Record
I understand now. Although North America is a bugger for this ice rain! Might therefore the temperature data be of interest. I wouldn't want your antenna pylon to collapse and fracture under the weight of ice!

Re: Turn off New Record
I don't understand either. I set my station up in April 2012. For sure records came thick and fast, but then diminished. No doubt, as my station experiences its first winter more records will arrive. I never get angry when I see that green light - I just calmly click it, and carry on as if nothing h...

I second Vidahost! I've had no problems, and when I first set up telephone communication was excellent.

Re: new again my weather station on to a websit PLEASE HELP
Ray...I just noticed in the ftp log file this line:
'17:20:12:903 Uploading J:\Cumulus\web\yesterday.htm to yesterday.htmtmp
I was puzzled with seeing J drive. It may not mean anything but when I first loaded cumulus there was a lot of emphasis on downloading cumulus to the C drive

Improving my Website within Cumulus Software
Before I mess up further I was hoping someone could help me - I think they are quick fixes, but for me not easy at all. Anyway this morning I had reasonable success in adding a 'Comments' to the navigation bar, and it actually works. But now the table has widened giving a disjointed look. I wanted t...

Re: Need a better radiation shield WRM200
Thanks...So far so good with my readings. I do monitor and correlate data from all the local stations that I know manage their instruments for maximum accuracy to ensure the validity of my readings. I've tried my best to emulate, with the what I have available, the good practice promoted by the M.O ...
