Re: Added a PondCam
Nice pics of the pond. Why not try fitting a polarizing filter to the lens the it will stop reflections and you will be able to see under ther surface. THanks....I have ordered a polarising filter film, and see how it goes. I have identified my live stream problem as being a Chrome issue I think. I...

Re: Help with Yaw cam please
I would set yawcam to upload a static filename pic...ie webcam.jpg, then get your webpage just to look at that filename. I use a script running in a CMD window from a batch file to use wget to download the files from the website into a folder, then rename the file to the date and time into a folder ...

Re: Added a PondCam
It's weird....the Live Streams were working perfectly well for all cameras a week or so ago, but now they aren't working using the way I was feeding them on the webpage. These were the URLs I was using and they were fine: Cam1: http://ironeagleuk2.no-ip.org/videostream.cgi?user=guest&pwd=guest C...

Re: Added a PondCam
Hmmm, I think I might try the same sort of thing. Was this the camera that you bought? http://www.amazon.de/Wireless-Outdoor-Waterproof-vision-IP-NetzwerkKamera/dp/B00ATMAKW2/ref=sr_1_15 Yes that's exactly the same Can anyone confirm whether or not any of my live webcams are working, because I can'...

Added a PondCam
In addition to my 2 weathercams, I have now added a PondCam. http://www.ironeagleuk.co.uk/cumulus/webcam.htm It's a non-tilt & pan wanscam with night vision, so we can see what going's on take place after dark. You can occasionally see the 3 fish swimming around.....we have loads of baby fish, s...

Re: June 2013 in Europe/UK
Very disappointing here on the south east coast...max temp yesterday was 15.8C, and today it hasn't got above 11.9C so far....that may change later, but it's very cloudy, and has been very windy for the last 4 or 5 days. Windy to the point that my neighbours windchimes havn't stopped ringing out, an...

Re: Airshow planes caught on weathercam
Yesterday in Folkestone the Red Arrows performed a display at the seafront.....my WeatherCam captured 2 small images of one of the Red Arrows as it flew over http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b198/ironeagleuk/Airshows/Folkestone%20Red%20Arrows%202013/RedArrowWeatherCam01.jpg http://i19.photobucket.c...

Re: May 2012 UK weather
Is the title of this thread a year out?
Min temp for May = 4.8C on the 12th
Max temp for May = 22C on the 7th
Rainfall for the year so far is only 68% of the average for the first 5 months

Re: Foscam the best?
I see my error in purchase now. The camera I bought doesn't have an " embedded IR-Cut filter", whereas other models do, which are about £15 more expensive. My Storage Options camera does have the embedded IR-Cut filter. If I had known what that actually mean to the picture quality, I would...

Re: Foscam the best?
Thanks for that info....grrrr...have had a go at taking it apart, but it's not easy, and I don't want to make it any worse. Have tried to prise the lense out, but it won't budge...managed to get the dial off around the lense, but that's about it

Foscam the best?
I was under the impression that of all the IP Tilt and Pan cams that FOSCam were the best, and that other tilt & pan IP cams were "clones" or "cheap copies" of Foscams So finally I got round to buying one, to replace the Storage Options camera that I bought from Maplins, as I...
