Because, that's what I did when I had some issues.
I had data missing due to swapping over the logging device. I stopped CMX, changed the date and time in the cumulus.ini, started CMX, and it downloaded the missing data.

The changes to the index file cannot have been changed, otherwise the new one would be showing.

As an IT professional I have to say that a bit of reality check is needed here. If you for example buy a server hardware, it costs hundreds or even thousands of euros a year just to get 4 hours response time to even start the troubleshooting process. Hostpresto’s Terms of Service do not promise abs...

This is the error: lfd: (mod_security) mod_security (id:949110) triggered by (GB/United Kingdom/243-ipv4.no-dns-yet.as49375.net): 10 in the last 3600 secs Drop them another email to say you removed the block, but you keep getting...

If you go to your client area, click Services then click My Services then click your host service/product, do you see Manage Firewall in the menu on the left?

They've done a whitelist this time, and it seems to be ok now. However, I have had the "whitelist" reply about 6 times in the last few months, and it still continues to happen.

Hostpresto are blocking our IP addresses Mike. We can unblock them, but we'll get blocked again when CMX starts uploading.
