Re: What did I do wrong (no background and other problems)?

alter your htm(l) code on each xxxxxT.htm page. ANY xxxx T .htm file you modify MUST have a 'safe' copy on your PC. As stated earlier, if / when you update Cumulus software the default T emplates will be overwritten  - so you will need to copy your edited files back 8-) ... and yes, you DID ...

Re: What did I do wrong (no background and other problems)?

That is NOT the file being seen by your pages, is that a later edit or hasn't it been uploaded to the correct place on your web site ?

Re: What did I do wrong (no background and other problems)?

Your weatherstyles.css still has the lowercase instruction ! h1 { font-size: 150%; font-weight: bold; text-transform: lowercase; color: #678090; letter-spacing: 0.7em; padding-bottom: 1em; text-align: left; } either change the line to: text-transform: none; Which will alter the behavour of all <h1> ...

Re: Embedding a PHP script?

You shouldn't need the code I posted !

That's 'old' stuff from the early days of WAP and a specialist (redundant) 3D graphics utility.

BTW this has seriously gone 'off topic' and beyond the remit of this forum.

.. although perhaps useful to others ;)

Re: A PHP question -- inserting code from SQL

Not my bag, I work with flat files, but I am under the impression that there are some direct php 'interfaces' to mysql, and the ability to pass mysql command syntax.

Re: A PHP question -- inserting code from SQL

Re: Embedding a PHP script?

It is possible to tell the server to check .htm(l) files for php content, but I won't go into that. WARNING ! You may already have a .htaccess file ! - you may even have one per directory. NOTE: the . in front makes it "invisible" ! - That means you can't 'click' on it with a GUI ftp clie...

Re: Setting up

Timings: Almost correct ! Whilst the base station is connected to the PC AND Cumulus is running, Cumulus will collect changed data at a 'high' frequency (basically from the display values) - you have no say in this ! Cumulus logs a 'snapshot' of data at whatever frequency you have set in Cumulus - t...

Re: Embedding a PHP script?

It works when I view your site (although the mouseover is a bit odd), you need to change newwindow=0 so that it opens in a new window and people don't 'lose' your site.

Re: Rain sensor with snow.

As a matter of interest, found this on the Austrailian BOM site. They do like to simplify things ;) Snow Intensity Light:Gives a water equivalent of up to 2 mm per hour. Moderate:Gives a water equivalent of 2.2 mm to 6 mm per hour. Heavy:Gives a water equivalent of more than 6 mm per hour. Maybe the...

Re: Embedding a PHP script?

Here's where things get awkward ..... 'Standard' files processed and uploaded by Cumulus automatically MUST have all of the correctly named Templates available, and will create the .htm files whether you like it or not ! If you want Cumulus to 'build' your page then you will have to turn 'off' "...
