Re: FTP upload not working ?

Cumulus 1 can shut itself down on hibernate and on wake up then it can be restarted and catch up from the data logger. Either way I've been working on my PC for over 90 minutes and MX hasn't refreshed itself or the web pages despite the update ...

Re: MX releases

b3080 did not log the power event detection, it just called the service stop routine.
b3081 will log the event if the stop was caused by Windows sending it a power event (going to standby or hibernate mode).

Re: Trend graphs

disabling standby isn't really an option I am afraid. I am assuming "close on suspend" will shut down the program on slepp, hibernate or restart. If thi is the case then I'll create a scheduled task to start cumulus on resume. Does that make sense ?

Re: "Missing" data - Maplin WH1081 weather station

The usual cause of this is that you are allowing your PC to sleep/hibernate/standby/suspend while Cumulus is running. If that's not the case, please zip up the diags folder and attach it to a reply in this thread, and I'll take a look. What logging interval is your station set to?

Re: Cumulus error light blinking

Are you allowing your computer to sleep or hibernate, because if you are this will cause Cumulus to stop getting readings from the logger, hence the gaps.

Yes, Cumulus downloads archive data from the station when it starts up. What you cannot do is let your PC 'sleep/hibernate/standby' while Cumulus is running.

... set up the country, date and time formats to exactly the same as the old PC BEFORE you start Cumulus on the start PC. Remember to disable Sleep an Hibernate, and check all the USB hubs to make sure they do not use the Power saving options and then you should be good to go.
