Have been interested in these various posts - I am in a similar position to how you were - how did you view the diags files to get the timestamp for putting it into the today.ini file? The diags files are plain text. I'm not sure what it is you think you'll find there; you can put any date and time...

Thanks Steve. Ive since managed to get it to read data back to 19/01/2011 by looking at the diags file and finding that date in it, then placing that into the timestamp of the today.ini.
