Re: Liveview does not work on Windows 7
I think I have the reason now. I am running 64 bit IE9 and Siverlight is not compatible with 64 bit browsers. MS don't seem to have a 64bit version. If I try to use 32 bit IE9 all my graphics get messed up with random pictures being flashed up on top of the application screen. I can view Cumulus Rea...

Re: Wind bearing can read 400 degrees
OK Steve, I'll load the latest when I'm next at the club - thanks. PS I also have post re CumulusRealtime (Live View!!) I downloaded firefox and that seems to work so it looks like an IE9 Windows 7 problem. At the moment my weatherstation is flatlining (since 6am this morning) so I have problem betw...

Re: Wind bearing can read 400 degrees
Hi Steve,
Its running 1.9.0 so it is quite up to date. I know you have released 1.9.1 recently but you would have known if you amended this area of code.
Cheers,
John

Re: Liveview does not work on Windows 7
Yes Sorry Steve the correct name is CumulusRealtime it is me that called it Liveview on my website link. Thanks for all the feedback on the subject. At least most users can view it which is comforting to hear. Steve, I'm assuming I am using the same URL as I get to it via the same way on my web site...

Liveview does not work on Windows 7
I have the standard web view page and the liveview option using MS Silverlight on our club website www.nusc.co.uk but I have found the the liveview does not fully work on my Windows 7 computer but is fine with an XP machine. I find in windows 7 all the guages are displayed ready to be filled but dat...

Wind bearing can read 400 degrees
We have a our weather station mounted high up on a mast that is not easy to get to. During the winter we had a storm that spun the whole thing around by about 40 degrees. No problem I thought i'll correct using the calibration offset in Cumulus. This worked fine but find that in certain wind directi...

Re: Short cut keys
Thanks everybody, There are some great ideas that you have sent in today. The big problem I have is that the club is fairly unmanaged and people come and go all day (and night) as everyone has a key to the main areas. If I let them loose with a mouse on the Cumulus display they may shut down the pro...

Re: Short cut keys
Hi Steve, It would be a nice feature. Do you know of any other users that may have a similar need to what I am doing? They maybe interested in some limited access capability as well. The other option I guess would be if you only released access to Cumulus configuration and other potential damaging m...

Short cut keys
I am in the process of installing a weather station and computer running Cumulus at my sailing club that provides updates to the club web site every 10 minutes as well as 'live view'. This is working well so far but it is currently on test in my garden in Abergavenny (see www.nusc.co.uk, there is is...

Re: W-8681
Thanks to both of you. I have now adjusted the relative pressure. I did it from Easyweather Set-up. Cumulus now works fine - it appears. I'll leave it running for a few days to make sure it all makes sense. I have to admit I did notice the relative pressure was reading a very strange value but hadn'...

Re: W-8681
Hi Steve,
No I'm not running Easyweather in fact I have even de-installed easyweather just to see if there was something running in the background.
Diags folder zipped and attached as requested.
Cheers - John

W-8681
I'm becoming frustrated that I cant seem to get Cumulus to run with my Fine Offset W-8681 yet it works fine with the rubbish easyweather software that came with the station. The cumulus configuration guide states that I should avoid having to choose the easyweather option such that Cumulus piggyback...
