Thanks Steve, did that and worked fine - now have 1.8.9 running with all previous data in directory off root. Also copied Backup folders as well.

I have also been running Cumulus under Win 7 64-bit without a problem. I was going to update to 1.8.9 so checked the install instructions to see if I should remove the old version or could just upgrade. Maybe I should have checked them the first time as I noticed advice to install outside the Progra...
