You should normally have the option 'use data logger' selected Thank you Steve. Where is the use data logger option in CumulusMX? I see a log interval setting but no use data logger option. Hi Pete At least it is present in the Cumulus.ini file logger.jpg Maybe "nano" can solve your problem

i have used CMX and mono 3.6.0 up to 07/30 with the locale parameter -lang de-DE. My Raspi also had the locale setting LANG=de_DE.UTF-8. CMX wrote dots in my data files. Perhaps Jan could suggest something, as he has a Banana Pi? I found the line CommPortName that was set to Com4 and I changed that one to /dev/ttyUSB0 and it is now communicating. Now I am connected, but I am not getting any readings on the web pages, lots of 404 errors so I will look back over the ...

hi, just an update
I just checked the Update function with this Script
sudo ./cumulusmx.sh -u
excluded the /web/ directory from being overwritten and CumulusMX was successfully updated form version 3025 to version 3026.

Hello Jan, Wow....you have me looking at the Banana Pi - like that SATA port on it.... Yes, thats the reason why I like the old BananaPi more than the new one. Hello Pete, thank you very much for helping me, finding some of the bugs. Just see a couple of things which you will see in the attached JPG. - date in US is presented as 07/26/15 versus 26/07/15 This is the way, Steve logs the date into the Logfiles use this command to check it: ls -t /CumulusMX/da...

Pete as I mentioned in my last post, it was my fault that the script is not working in any other language than mine :-) I looked into my german logfiles and I have ";" as a delimiter, but most of the other countries are having "," as a delimiter.
