Re: CMXv4 Memory usage
So far I had not participated in the memory investigation but I never seemed to have an issue here but here is mine. The system spec is here . Note my definition of the swap file. [EDIT] changed the image to include the header [EDIT} and yes, I use PHP uploads Schermafbeelding 2024-04-26 141428.png

Re: New HP2551 Setup
@water01: You have defined as the custom server. Is the last slash necessary? I don't have that in my configuration. Shouldn't that beMmm.... the logfile clearly says Path=/station/ecowitt so It does not look like that is a problem.
Code: Select all

Re: New HP2551 Setup
I guess so. There has been an issue as a result of which Mark forced the connection to be IPv4.broadstairs wrote: ↑Thu 25 Apr 2024 1:40 pm so I'm guessing CMX the culprit here. Perhaps checking the state of that /proc/sys/net/ipv6/bindv6only might give some clues. Maybe Mark can enlighten us?

Re: Weather Banner, but using ASP?
Hi folks, I keen on seeing current weather banners in forum and email signatures, but they all seem to use PHP. Before I attempt to write my own, does anyone have an old school ASP component that does this already? Chat soon. Hello, Creating a weather banner using ASP (Active Server Pages) is defin...

Re: Reload dayfile errors?
I ran it in CUtils and dayfile loaded OK.
I reloaded the dayfile in my CMX => no problems.
It seems the issue is not in dayfile, something else is problematic.
Do you observe other anomalies?

Aha... yes.
Because apparently the ownership is currently root, you will have to sudo those commands when being user rpi3zw2.

Re: Website "Not safe"
Hi Paul, I see you are working with Ken to successfully repair parts of your installation of the site. So far I did not get feedback of my Malwarebytes support, but I think the now you have https working, you might ask a new IP address (either a new DHCP lease or another shared server) to change you...

Re: Installing CMX v4
To change that - i.e. have sudo always permitted with your standard user - requires configuring sudo. That is something you may do on some lazy sunday afternoon, it is not related to running CMX. It may be the reason for the failure I am seeing in CMX. The file Comparison of MXdiags log files, etc....

Re: Website "Not safe"
Note that abuseipdb.com has this info on your IP-address.
They don't make that up, that is external to GoDaddy.
And virustotal claims it is phising which is the problem.

Re: Website "Not safe"
Hi Paul, To clarify: this is not a browser problem but the alarm depends on which malware detector is used and if that detector works also on websites, mine works on the firewall level. I tried it in Chrome, Edge and FireFox (I won't start installing all possible browsers). In all three browsers it ...
