Welcome to the Cumulus Support forum.
Latest Cumulus MX V4 release 4.0.1 (build 4023) - 16 May 2024
(Note that 4.1.0 (build 4024) - 05 June 2024 remains available, but usage of this version is not recommended - particularly for Davis stations - and the included utility in this distribution for migrating to v4 is known to contain errors affecting conversion of dayfile.txt)
Latest Cumulus MX V3 release 3.28.6 (build 3283) - 21 March 2024
Legacy Cumulus 1 release 1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014
(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

Re: Install compliments, graphs and system status
Good, I have it all up and running, website has it's main items configured, will be enlarged over time I guess. Some minor tuning left to do. The easy part was setting up the hardware, the raspberry and cumulus which was done in a bit less than 2 hrs. The harder part was the website especially the g...

Re: MeteoAdvisory
Aha, indeed. That is solved than.
This single area requirement was not clear to me.
At least we can mark this one as solved. This leaves only the time-outs.
I'll be back with the temis.nl comment.
Thnx, Hans

Re: MeteoAdvisory
As far as I understand the code, the content in the cache is used if it has not expired. This means, that if there is content in the cache (fetched by e.g. check-fetch-times) it should be used if used within expiry time. That would mean, I would have to see the warning on the page if the cache cont...

Re: MeteoAdvisory
OK. I did set the timeout to 30 seconds (why try 9 first,if it works timeout is not important). You can try for yourself. Results: UV-fetch does not work, MeteoAlarm-fetch does work. Let's be clear: the UV forecast sometimes does work, I have seen it myself work intermittently. Still, when the meteo...

Re: MeteoAdvisory
I partly agree: you did not address the issue that the info in the cache (with check-fetch-times) is not handled correc!tly when used within the expiry time after the run of check-fetch-times. I will inform the provider of your remarks concerning the routing. I must say that I have been with this pr...

Re: MeteoAdvisory
Hi, I asked the provider and he has tested it with a small file containing the following: <?php echo shell_exec("curl https://meteoalarm.eu"); ?> You can execute it from my server https://www.meteo-wagenborgen.nl/test_webreus.php So I went back to the original files to make sure I made no ...

Re: MeteoAdvisory
Hi, For one reason or another I can't get the advisory script to work either. I did download the most recent versions (Version 2.10 - 22-Jul-2018 of the 'get-meteoalarm-warning-inc'-script). The debug output is below. After making changes I emtpy my FF-cache and try again, so far unsuccessful and no...

Re: Install compliments, graphs and system status
OK. Thnx.
I have six years of reading to catch up, that's a lot more than I thought. Getting the site running is taking a lot of time as well so I can use this info. But maybe a README FIRST would have some value. Thnx, I'll read

Re: Install compliments, graphs and system status
I have been looking into the Status-page but I do think it finally is a CumulusMX issue. I have been tracing the CUtags file and my conclusion is that the information is not correctly placed into the CUtags-file which is transferred and translated to the website. The info is not there so it cannot b...

Blank after configuring
I am trying out the Weather34 site template but I run into a problem. I install by copying all files to my websiteroot - it is outside my cumulus system which runs on a raspberry and realtime.txt is transferred OK. I run the configuration. I skip the database (is that compulsory?) but fill in everyt...

Re: Install compliments, graphs and system status
Hi Harm, Paul, Thanks for the replies. I see the graphs in CumulusMX but I do not get them on my webpages. Cumulus and the webserver are two different machines and I do not have full control over the webserver. Problem appears to be I can't get jpgraph to work. Not even when I dump all files in the ...

Install compliments, graphs and system status
Hello all, I bought a Davis Vantage PRO2+ in 2008 and installed it with Cumulus with a website on Saratoga scripts. It was an easy system with Cumulus as an easy clean program to handle the info. But I had to break it down and hide the equipment in 2013 for 6 years. Unfortunate, but recently I could...
