Graph plotting error

I shut down Cumulus at about 20.00 each night, and turn off the computer, restarting again the next morning at about 06.15. After the data has reloaded in the morning, the graphs all have a large deviation typically as shown below, which matches the interval during which the computer has been turned...

Rain Measurements

Hello all, As a 70 year old, I am still most happy working in imperial measurements, and at last have got around to understanding what an inch of rain really means! The metric measurement as you all know is that 1mm rain is equivalent to 1 litre of water spread over 1 square metre. I have done the c...

Re: A Metric Matter

I enjoyed reading this paper, written in an interesting and relaxed style. I've often heard here in the UK, during a discussion about metrication that "The imperial system got the Americans to the moon, so it's good enough for me" This may or may not be true. I joined the sixth form (senio...

Re: 1.9.4, build 1079 sudden spate of error readings

Hi Steve, Thank you for commenting on the post, it's only happened twice in the last week. Cumulus is running on an old Dell 8300, which chugs along doing nothing else. As you say, I boot up the machine, and then start Cumulus. I think I need to leave it for a few minutes longer after boot up before...

Re: 1.9.4, build 1079 sudden spate of error readings

Hi Steve,

Please disregard my post above, I sent you the wrong set of Diags, have now reloaded the appropriate backup and all is well.
Many thanks as ever.

Re: 1.9.4, build 1079 sudden spate of error readings

Hi Steve,

It's happened again, only worse this time. I've checked my USB connections etc, and all is OK, but errors appear across the board. I attach my diags directory again, and would be grateful for your views. Many thanks for your help in advance!

Regards etc.,

1.9.4, build 1079 sudden spate of error readings

Hi Steve,

Downloaded last night's data, and suddenly a load of errors, wind, temperature etc. I've attached the Diags directory, and wondered if you would be kind enough to have a look and see if there is a reason for this?

many thanks

Re: List of files to edit?

Hi Steve, Thanks for your explanation, on the strength of your comments, I've downloaded and installed 1.9.4. which is running fine. I thought I would report back in the appropriate area as a typical user, (not a techy), as I'm not a programmer. I must stay that at first viewing all looks good, I no...
