I would check the connections in the ISS first where the T/H sensor lead plugs in. If the readings fluctuate to high and low extremes over a couple days then I would suggest the sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced. I completed the online form with no ID needed and received an automated acknowledgement last night.
Today I have been told my email regarding spam/abuse will receive an abuse id!

I have the test script for UK extremes working for UK and region SE England here. http://www.tottonweather.co.uk/testUkExtremes24h.php However when a region is selected from the dropdown box nothing happens! Funnily enough, I had just set up the same programme at http://www.tottonweather.co.uk/betel_datasummary.php :D

I also have the double season name in the seasonal summary, how do I include the images in there?
