Re: MSL Pressure

Not a solution, but I have an Instromet station and Davis VP2 and the values are compared every 15 mins. Also both are checked against a Kew pattern barometer daily and the maximum variation is +/- 2mb. (the Instromet gives whole mb.) The consoles are in different rooms with varying temperatures and...

Re: Unable to create SQL dayfile table

I'm assuming that you're accessing a db on a remote webserver and you can access the db via the control panel. The error message seems more like a credential problem.
If so, are you sure 'localhost' is correct as hostname and not something like 'db1234.1and1.com'?

Re: A question about wind chill

It's always described as an 'indicator' as to the effects of wind at low temps and varies depending on sunshine too, so seems fairly imprecise to start with. I think it is primarily for use in regions where temperatures are less than -10 and where the wind is probably more linear. Extract (part) fro...

Re: Sparklines

Hi, unfortunately I can not configure this script .... are not clear the steps below taken from the file readme.txt, especially the second point where I would like to use the file 'sparkline_tags.txt Copy 'sparklines.txt. to your local 'Cumulus\web' folder. Then in 'Configuration', 'Internet', on t...

Re: Sparklines

You don't need a full cumuluswebtags.txt there is sparklines_tags.txt in the zipped file purely for Sparklines.
The Readme explains how to use it with Cumulus.

Sparklines

I know this has been done before but..... I have been in conversation with several people regarding 'Sparklines' recently. I have been using them for quite a few years with phpwebtags and decided to simplify my scripts and make them available. The main proviso is I am not a skilled scripter and I'm ...

Re: help

I'm using php webtags so here is a section of how I did it: $temp0 ="<#RecentOutsideTemp h=0 m=0>"; $temptime0 ="<#RecentTS h=0 m=0 format=HH.mm>"; $temp1 ="<#RecentOutsideTemp h=0 m=30>"; $temptime1 ="<#RecentTS m=30 format=HH.mm>"; $temp2 ="<#RecentOutsideTemp h=1>"; $temptime2 ="<#RecentTS h=1 fo...

Re: help

To get that effect ( and I have no idea if this is the 'best' way to do it ) I created two sets of variables using webtags <!-- Temp --> var temp = [2.1,1.8,1.3,1.2,1.5,2,2,2.2,2,2,2.2,2.5,2.3]; var temptime = ['05.15','05.45','06.15','06.45','07.15','07.45','08.15','08.45','09.15','09.45','10.15','...

Re: 123-reg ripping me off for domain renewal

I have some domains with 123-reg and they're currently asking £19.98 for two years renewal.(£99.0 for 10 years - so no saving there!)

Re: what station I think i've tried the lot

FWIW...... I've had an Instromet station since 1995. I'm on my second anemometer, temp sensor and solar sensor. The display (electromechanical) is still fine and only downside is that it is cabled. Logger runs 24/7 for months with no problems. Davis VP2 with remote anemometer and soil sensors has be...

Re: Yet Another Dayfile Reader (PHP)

Just a thought - are dayfile delimiters correctly set? As I see dates are 03-07-17

Code: Select all

$field_delimiter = ',';
$date_delimiter = '-';
