I deleted all the diag files, and now there is no longer any delay whatsoever. Have no idea why, but it's working like a charm now. Thanks for a great program.

Thanks, Steve. I remember reading about the archive interval. I reset the station to 10 minutes. Same delay. And yes, the console transmission icon, although there, immediately stops "blinking" when Cumulus starts downloading data. It resumes after the 3-4 minute delay. As I mentioned, the...
