Re: Web site back up question
All sorted now Ray, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
My site is now hosted by 1&1. Initial site updates failed because 1&1 require SFTP. But they did something to work around that.
Thanks again

End of Virginmedia free web space- looking for a new host
hi
My Virginmedia free web space is ending, so looking for a replacement host.
Virgin recommend Go Daddy, but after signing up they wanted $150 ish to support transferring the web site files.
Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative!
Thanks
Johnny

Re: Missing lines of data in monthly log file
So I will upgrade to 1.9.4 to improve things a little bit.
But what is the cause of the problem likely to be.
The transmitter and receiver have not physically moved. Could it be a bad battery connection in the transmitter?

Missing lines of data in monthly log file
Hi I am running the latest version of Cumulus. In the last couple of days my log file for March is missing some data. It should have a line of data every 10 minutes. But for a period of 5 hours there was no data, then it started again okay. Since then it may go 20 minutes with no data then okay for ...

Re: False data reading- how to erase it!
Thank you- all sorted now.
And I have put right some of the bodges in my previous attempts at fixing!
I had done half of what you suggested already and learned a lot about how not to do things!
Once again thanks.

False data reading- how to erase it!
Hi For some reason on 11 Jan at 0500 my outside temp and humidity sensor gave very low readings. It was a one off but has messed up my data. By some crude editing of files in the data folder I managed to fix most of the errors but on my web site at- http://www.welwynweather.webspace.virginmedia.com/...
