Re: Highcharts Graphs

I think there's a bug with the historic charts - the monthly high/lows. The average min's / max's don't seem to match up with other graphs or the data summary.

Certainly enough of the flashy, bangy stuff about ATM to test it
Not here, sadly. I picked up a few strikes from across the channel, but everything else is forecast to stay well clear of here.

I don't think I can ever recall such a hot period of weather without a storm.

Re: New Record? Post here.

Broke my temp record again today. 32.7°C Remarkable values for being so close to the coast. How far away are you? Today was the hottest up here but still 4°C less hot than July 2019. It’s the humidity that’s the killer today. 5 miles from the South facing coast and 3.5 miles West of Poole harbour, ...

Re: New Record? Post here.

New temperature record of 32.3°C and heat index of 34.2°C.

Quite likely that 32°C will be achieved again tomorrow. That is exceptional heat for here.

Re: New Record? Post here.

Likely to be a new all-time max temp for me on Saturday - a rare set up for coastal areas. MetOffice UKV model: viewimage (3).png 32 - 33°C here. That'll be the highest temp ever, beating 2003. Might not get below 27°C in parts of London overnight in to Sunday, that would be a new record for England.

Davis 6343OV and 6345

What is the difference between the Davis 6343OV and 6345?

I know the first one is now discontinued, but I cannot find much in the way of information about it.

Re: Lightning notification

OK - we need to build the string a little bit more .... $lightningMinAgo = "<#LightningTime format="HH:mm:ss"> <#LightningTime format="D">"; haha yes I was literally just looking at some of my other files that I use formatting on, and realised that I had to use a duplicate webtag to get another for...

Re: Lightning notification

Not something I can test unfortunately (not having the software nor a station), but according to the wiki for CuMX D Displays the date using the format given by the Long Date format. e.g. '22 March 2020' (British Locale) So what is the 'string' from cumulus ? This on it's own works.. $lightningMinA...

Re: Lightning notification

view-source:https://warehamwx.co.uk/gw1000.php

Last strike was 4 days ago.

As it's returning -420 now, that would be classed as less than 30.

Re: Lightning notification

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '--' (T_DEC), expecting ',' or ';' in /home/wareham1/public_html/gw1000.php on line 34

$lightningMinAgo returns -480 as of right now.
