Force Catch-Up?
So, the laptop I have my station connected to disconnected from the Internet a few days ago. Because I only go to the location once a week, I couldn't fix it right away. All the data from these days is in Cumulus and saved, and I'm wondering if it is possible to force a catch-up of this data to Wund...

Re: Protocol Changes
That's what I thought too after seeing the info and pics on the other topics. It's 3-pin. Thanks!

Re: Protocol Changes
I don't have suitable test equipment but I can provide a picture of my module. Disregarding the wiring for an antenna mod, this is how mine looks like.

Protocol Changes
So I have a question. My FO has (definitely this time) bit the dust, and I have the chance to order a replacement sensor for the termo-hygrometer sensor. I bought my FO in late 2011, and I remember reading by that time that FO had already changed their transmission protocol by then. The "manufa...

Re: Data Stalls
Yes, this is the same problem I have. As there was a weather event coming along I switched to Windows for the time being, but if you manage to find a solution, I'll surely retry MX on Linux!

Re: USB lockup?
I switched to Ubuntu MATE and it didn't seem to fix it either. Back to Windows I guess.

Re: USB lockup?
Yes it restarts normally if I restart MX. Only to then repeat the behaviour though.steve wrote:Does Mint have any USB power saving like Windows, perhaps? Does MX start reading data again if you just close it and start it up again?

Re: USB lockup?
Ah, I'll assume this is an issue with something in the distro then I guess, I'll conduct some testing. It seems to me that after a few minutes it makes the USB sleep or something. I'd be thankful if someone with Linux mint reported back.

USB lockup?
A few minutes after I open Cumulus MX (latest build on Linux Mint), the data successfully is transmitted from the FO but after a few minutes the data just flat lines on both Cumulus and WU. The diags don't seem to show much relevant, just an empty line where it says latest data received. I do wonder...

Re: Fine Offset + Linux Mint
It said something about being located in a different source and didn't download it.

Re: Unit problem on charts pages: fixed in 3007
Sorry for hijacking this topic but I think it's a bit better than to clutter the forum with a similar question/bug report. All the values in my charts seem to be integer values, for example if I have 12,5ºC, it will plot as 13 in the charts, and if I have 12,2ºC it'll plot as 12 and so on. This happ...

Re: Fine Offset + Linux Mint
Yeah, I know, but apparently it is indeed the real libdev0 package, it's just an older version. There probably is a way to add an official repository though. Edit: Official Ubuntu link: http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/package/core/precise/main/updates/libudev0 The download links are from Ubuntu's serve...

Followed this (http://www.unixmen.com/resolve-libudev0-issue-when-installing-google-chrome-in-ubuntu-13-04/) advice and the USB test app now detects something! sysname=Linux release=3.13.0 machine=i686 Complete device list (took 605 ms to get 1 devices): (unnamed) (VID 6465, PID 32801, version 266) ...

Re: Fine Offset + Linux Mint
Unfortunately I still have the same error after installing libudev-dev.
