I have had my Fine Offset now for about 6 Years but now I have moved. I can't fine the "N" for the setting direction now. Is there another way I can identfy wich way to set it please.

I found the answer.
You have to remove the batteries from the indoor unit and unlug it from the PC. just removing the batteries is not enough.

Please help
I have had my Fine Offset for about 2 years now and decided to change the batteries in the remote unit. Now I can't receive from it. All I get is the red light flashing on the PC dusplay and "lost contact". Can some one help please.
