WXShield interface
Hi Guys, I used Cumulus many years ago when I had a Fine Offset station. That station died and I replaced it with a Oregon Scientific WR86 which unfortunately didn't have the connection to a PC to download data. I've now built an Arduino based system called WXShield to intercept the data coming from...

Can you convert a wireless station to a hard wired one ?
Getting regular dropout of comms to sensors due to location I am forced to use for base station and sensors. Is it possible to convert these to hard wired ?

Re: Newbie help please
Hi Charlie, Thanks for the suggestion. I already have a website (based on the one generated by Cumulus) at: www.simpit.me.uk/weather/index.htm where the data is updated every 15 mins. Unfortunately it only shows data for the last couple of days. She wanted to do things like have multiple data one on...

Re: Newbie help please
Hi Steve, I did manage eventually to get this working (sort of). On the machine attached to the weather station I created a folder called wdata and shared it over the network. I then wrote a batch file to copy the files from the C:\Cumulus\data folder in to this. I set up a sceduled task in windows ...

Re: Wind speed guage
Hi Steve, Thanks for the reply. It's not that I don't like it, I just preferred the look of the older one (with the coloured arcs around the outside). I wasn't sure if it was just an embedded graphic or, as it seems it is, hard coded. Don't think my Javascripting is up to replacing it. Thanks anyway...

Wind speed guage
Hi all, Is it possible to use the old version (the one with the coloured arcs around the outside) of the wind speed guage instead of the new one ? I think that it's more readable and simple. If so, where can I get the graphic for it ? I did try looking for an older version of Cumulus but had no suce...

Hi All, HISTORY: Just got and fitted up a W-8681 solar powered station. It all seems to be working and have connected to a PC with Cumulus running using USB cable and Cumulus downloads data sucessfully. The PC is wire networked to my PC and my wife's. QUESTION: I noticed that in the settings page of...
