Have you set the "Records Began Date" (in Station Settings / General Settings / Advanced Options ) to the date that the data starts?

Each contributor has to do that him/herself for their own message.

Suggest you upload the latest .txt file (zipped as it may be large) from MXDiags which may give a clue as to what is wrong.

You'll need to purchase a GW1100 WiFi gateway which picks up the sensor signals if you want to interface to CumulusMX. Cumulus 1 is no longer supported, so the only thing I can suggest is that it is a Windows 10 problem, as believe when I last used it on Windows XP many years ago it minimised/maximised perfectly OK.

What was the problem with CumulusMX as it runs perfectly on Windows 10.
