problem with mouseover
Hi This will probably seem like a very simple and/or dumb question, but I have a problem with the mouseovers for my wind gauges. I've copied the wind gauges from my 'gaugesT' page to my 'indexT' page: http://www.jturnerphotography.com/weather/gauges.htm and http://www.jturnerphotography.com/weather/...

Re: incorrect values
Hi Alan Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. I'll try different batteries in the transmitter, and try changing the orientation of the console and transmitter. I'll let you know if I see any improvement. Could take a little while as I'll have to wait for a convenient time to get the station down f...

Re: incorrect values
Hi Steve
It's about 20m from the console to the transmitter, and the path is through a tiled roof and a couple of interior walls.

Re: incorrect values
Thanks for the information Steve. There's new batteries in the console, but I used the supplied rechargeables for the sensor/transmitter. Maybe I should replace them with better quality rechargeables....?

incorrect values
Hi Yesterday I got some very strange readings from my FO WH-3081 station. I got a low temp of -16.4deg, a humidity of 10%, and a rainfall of 52.4mm, all of which are way off the real values (of a nice warm sunny calm day). Strange thing is the values only show in the high/low/extreme entries in Cumu...

Re: calibrating UV using multiplier
Hi Steve Thanks for including the UV multiplier and the Light webtag in the latest build. They're working really well. I'm working on a multiplier that best approximates the UV reading, and at the moment it's about x0.33. Just one question.....for the light value that's uploaded to the website, is t...

Re: calibrating UV using multiplier
Hi Steve Thanks for really quick reply. If you could add a multiplier for the UV reading, that would be great. Once it's included, I'll let you know how effective it is for calibrating the UV readings from the Fine Offset station. BTW, just wanted to once again say thanks for the amazing work you do...

calibrating UV using multiplier
Hi all I have been watching the UV readings for Canberra published by ARPANSA (http://www.arpansa.gov.au/uvindex/realtime/can_rt.htm) and comparing them with the UV readings from my weather station. It seems like my weather station (FO WH-3081) gives a reading approximately three-fold higher than th...

Light reading not showing on website
Hi all This is my first post to the forum. First just wanted to say thanks to Steve for such a brilliant piece of software. I'll be making my donation very soon. I have a Fine Offset WH-3081, with the data being uploaded to this URL: http://www.jturnerphotography.com/weather/index.htm When I first s...
