Re: spam
TBH I wasn't aware that not everyone could see the report button. It's no big deal though as we have very little spam on here. The admins are on it whenever it occurs. You could also pm an admin if you see or need something.

Re: CMXv4 Memory usage
I run MX in a Ubuntu 22.04 LXC (container). No issues with memory usage. I don't use PHP (or FTP) uploads - everything goes into a database, with a few local copies (moon image, etc.). Here's my htop screen:

Re: New HP2551 Setup
Yeah, but as I said earlier, inbound connections to application must be specifically allowed in firewall. But windows does not block applications from connecting to internet. So if incoming data is missing, first check the firewall. However I do not know exactly how services are presented on firewa...

Re: New HP2551 Setup
Maybe try switching on debug and data logging, but I suspect it will just show that the data stops coming in. Do I miss something when not seeing data coming in at all except catch-up from cloud? Data from cloud, but no data from station. Implies something amiss with the console API functionality, ...

Re: EUwarning.php issues
If they can't do anything about it then that suggests they use a centralised list to screen IP addresses for reputation - known as RBLs. If that is the case then your IP address has been labelled as a source of nefarious activity such as scammers or spammers or malware. You can get your IP address r...

No worries. Yep it is fiddly doing it on a phone. I'm sure we'll get it sorted for you eventually.

Re: New help fixing time from UTC to my local time in Florida
You have typos in the command you have typed again. Why don't you just copy/paste from the reply as suggested earlier? In your first attempt you missed out the space between -l and the first /. In your second attempt you missed the space between ls and -l, missed out the first / and substituted usr ...

Re: Help with Dashboard & Highcharts customisations
Oh crikey, sorry I thought you were talking about your website. That webtag will be available to the interface, as the interface uses the CMX API to get its webtag values. You can see it for yourself if you try: http://<cmx-ip-address>:8998/api/tags/process.json?tempMidnightTL So there must be an ad...

Re: Help with Dashboard & Highcharts customisations
Hi Antonio, Okay, I understand what you're trying to achieve. The reason your spam doesn't work is because the tempMidnightTL webtag isn't included in the standard data transfer files, such as websitedata.json. To add it you would need to edit the template file websitedataT.json. This template can b...

Re: New help fixing time from UTC to my local time in Florida
Also, MX gets all its times from the host on which it is running on. If the timezone on that host is set to UTC then that is what it will use. Note I'm not talking about your web host, just the machine MX is running on.

Re: New help fixing time from UTC to my local time in Florida
Do you use php upload to transfer data to your host? That uses a file called upload.php - but it won't delete your index.php. If your hosting provider doesn't allow you to use this functionality then you will have to switch your MX upload method to something else, such as FTP or sftp.

Re: Using 64 bit Rasberry Pi OS on a RPi Zero 2W
I think the Pi zero is a bit under-resourced for running MX under dotnet. I don't actually own one but that is what I've been led to believe. Perhaps there is somebody more knowledgeable who can concur or correct me. The mono install appears to stop on install as it is busy compiling components that...
