Hi Mark,
Yes that may be a good idea, especially as a couple of us have had
the same error, and if it stops this from happening it would definitely
be an advantage.

Mark

Re: realtime.txt not updating
Hi Grahamk, Thank you for your prompt response, much appreciated. Unfortunately all my settings where ticked. I did try un-ticking them and then re-ticking them, but I still end up with no realtime.txt file being uploaded to my FTP site. I have had to revert back to: b.3190 v.3.18.0 , which works co...

Re: realtime.txt not updating
Hi Grahamk,
I am too suffering from this problem, but for the life of me cant find where
the option for this is to re-tick the file generation for realtime.txt.
Can you or someone kindly guide me to where this option is in the settings please?
Regards
Mark

Re: How to detect when erroneous value has been detected in Cumulus MX
Hi Paul, Yes it's been quite a while since I've been on the forum, it's been a busy few years for me with family life and one thing and another, which ment that I have not had much spare time. My weather website got a bit neglected, so have spent the past couple of weekends trying to tidy it up, and...

Re: How to detect when erroneous value has been detected in Cumulus MX
Hi Sfws, I have just been looking at the Alarms section and have set it up. It took me a while to get the test email to send as was putting in an IMAP server name rather than an SMTP one. Then had to use a 2form factor app password I had generated rather than my standard password. But eventually I m...

How to detect when erroneous value has been detected in Cumulus MX
Hi, I have had a brief look through the forum posts but cannot see anything that sheds any light on the below. Sorry if I've missed it. I've migrated over from Cumulus 1 to MX and am not sure how I can tell if I get a erroneous value, i.e. a massive rain spike if my sensor it hit by accident. Previo...

Re: PHP 8 ?
Hi, It's been a fair few years since I've posted as been very busy with life etc. I am now trying to tidy up my website as quite a bit has broken due to neglect ;) So I thought I would start with trying to update to a newer version of the Cumulus HomeWeatherStation template, (from here: https://gith...

Re: Cumulus RealTime Data Grabber - Tool
Hi Krimatic, Sorry I've only just seen your post, as have not been checking the forum as much recently. In answer to your first question: Yes, what you have done by editing the updateinterval.txt file is a work around to get an interval other then the pre-set ones I have set up within the program. I...

Re: Air Quality Egg (Pollution monitor)
Hi Jenny, Thanks for the informative post and your website looks great with all the graphs and information. I am still thinking of getting one, just need to persuade the other half we need one. ;) But as the local council are looking to use a quiet road outside our cul de sac as a new distributor ro...

Re: Wind Readings Stopped
Just a quick update. I swapped out my old transmitter with the new one I got yesterday and happlily my wind reading are back working again :D I was a bit worried when I first looked at my base unit as there was no wind speed being registered by the wind direction was changing. I looked out the windo...

Re: Wind Readings Stopped
Hi, The other night I did try and switch the rain and wind cables over but got no readings, (when tapping the rain gauge and the wind was blowing). I do have and extension cable hooked up to the wind cable as it would not reach the transmitter, but I had a look at the junction (which is in a weather...

Re: Wind Readings Stopped
Hi Sorry to jump into this thread as well. But I've just noticed that my Wind direction and Wind speed have stopped working too. I did notice the other day that it was not giving any figures but I put that down to the fact that there was no wind. So now I assume that there must be a similar problem ...

Re: Cumulus RealTime Data Grabber - Tool
Hi Vaggelis / Paul, As Grabber only "grabs" the currently available data from the 'Realtime.txt' file and writes it directly to the graphs etc. there is no way to look back and re-populate the graphs on a program restart. From the very beginning when I started coding 'Grabber', I decided t...
