Have you asked contracam? I think the developers of the software should always be the first point of contact for questions relating to their product.

Re: Thumbnailler / Cropper
Good job Beteljuice. I'm using the css version here: http://www.brisbaneliveweather.com/tropical.php#tropicalwebcams It incorporates the latest IR sat image (cropped from a much larger image) which has been overlaid with links to webcams. I was doing the same thing but via different means. This is a...

I use two free programs from Softperfect
Have a look at NetWorx.
https://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/
and I also use their product WiFi Guard to see what happening on the wireless network.

Earth Wind Map
Looks like Cameron Beccario's earth wind map at http://earth.nullschool.net is no longer viewable in an iFrame. A shame really. I used it to visualise cyclonic winds during the cyclone season here each season. I guess the bandwith from possibly 1000's of users was just too great. The original ...

Re: Why do storm tracks change depending on radar?
Well, I guess you could apply it to Cumulus software, or weather Underground as well. Sorry, I don't follow your logic. As this is a Cumulus software forum (as opposed to a general weather forum) you will always get an answer to your Cumulus software questions. I'm guessing that as no one has answe...

Re: Why do storm tracks change depending on radar?
Not a silly question but I am wondering what this has to do with Cumulus (or Davis stations). Have you thought to ask the author of Radarscope this question? I can see they have a website and their own facebook page.

Have used the wipes to coat the inside funnel surface of the davis VP2 rain gauge. Allows for quicker bucket tip for small amounts of percipitation like 'misty' rain.

Re: recommendations for a visitor counter html
Hi ace2 (not sure of your name)... I have a couple of counters I use on my sites. On my weather site site I use PHP Web Stat . If you want to fork out $10 AUD, it's well worth it. It's comprehensive, reliable and will track all kinds of stats. Good support and simple to set up. On my Aussie Native B...
