Re: Edit this months total rain?

You can set This Year's rainfall in Settings > Station Settings > Annual Rainfall

There is no way to set This Month's rainfall though.

Re: Average Wind Speed in NOAA Reports

My weather station has been out of action for 3 weeks as it was away getting repaired. During this time I was updating the Dayfile log with data from a nearby weather station. When I regenerate the NOAA Report everything is updated except for the Average Wind Speed. Is this figure obtained from the...

Re: daily, monthly, yearly totals.

If I go to the data log viewer and select a date range, then go to the last entry (numbered in the thousands) and view the column labelled 'rainfall so far' then I'd expect the value to be the total for the selected date range. But it's not I'm not sure why you would expect the values in the log fi...

Re: February 2024 errors with NOAA and rainfall generation

You can edit the dayfile in: Data logs > Dayfile If you have 20 mm registered today when it should be zero, correct it via: Edit > Today's rain Then leave everything until tomorrow which gives CMX a chance to sort out its counters to start tomorrow with the correct counters to avoid the same thing h...

MX calculates the month and annual rainfall from the dayfile. You need to correct the daily records with issues, then the rest should be OK.

Only the current month and year files will be regenerated. You will have to manually regenerate older reports via the dashboard.

Yes. Because it means an AQI value is being put into a PM count field.

Re: February 2024 errors with NOAA and rainfall generation

The report is generated from data in the dayfile.

If you have regenerated the report and still have the problem; how did you edit the dayfile? Using the built-in editor, or manually?

Re: WMR200 station not found!

Switch on debug logging, restart MX and post the latest MXdiags file.

There have been no material changes to the WMR200 code for a long time.

Re: CumulusMX - Display of the values from the Ecowitt WH41

I've realised why I commented out the 24 average. Ecowitt are sending a unitless AQI value (despite the JSON implying it is a PM count value by saying the units are µg/m³, just another error in Ecowitt's APIs). MX does not use AQI values from the station, it uses PM counts and converts it to the whi...

Re: PHP Upload errors

It looks like your PHP install has not included zlib support?

Code: Select all

 Call to undefined function gzdecode()
Is it a very old version of PHP? I think pre version 6 it was an optional component.
