It looks like multiple reloads are happening at the same time. Note the line numbers are mixed up.

If it exists, please try deleting the file wwwrooot/Cumulus/extremes.html. Likewise if the file wwwrooot/Cumulus/extremes.htmltmp exists, try deleting it.

As surmised, the WLL health data comes from weatherlink.com, the WLL device itself does not provide any health/stats data on the local API.
