Re: CumulusMX is omitting some 10-minute readings at random in the Jun19log.txt file

Could an inability to upload to a web site via FTP cause intermittent loss of 10-minute log file entries, even though they all show up in the graph? Without trawling through the code I guess it could be possible, though you'd expect the internet calls to timeout fairly quickly when you're disconnec...

Re: Recent history webtags

The way it works internally is to convert the "d,h,m" into minutes, subtract that from the current date/time, then perform a query with the result on the internal MX database like this.. select * from RecentData where Timestamp >= ? order by Timestamp limit 1 Where the "minutes ago" date/time is sub...

Re: Recent history webtags

OK, I tried using this file... m=11: <#RecentTS m=11 format="d/MM h:mm tt"> m=21: <#RecentTS m=21 format="d/MM h:mm tt"> m=31: <#RecentTS m=31 format="d/MM h:mm tt"> m=41: <#RecentTS m=41 format="d/MM h:mm tt"> m=51: <#RecentTS m=51 format="d/MM h:mm tt"> m=61: <#RecentTS m=61 format="d/MM h:mm tt">...

Re: Rapid fire option

Rapid Fire will send the data whether it has updated or not, it does not wait for console updates.

Re: Debug logging not being enabled

I pretty sure it's nothing you have done, unless it is happening for most of the updates I'd ignore it, it's probably an error at the wu end.

Re: 24 Hour Time

The data for the admin interface is provided in a json feed. Not something you can alter at source, but you *could* manipulate it in the admin pages themselves. As it they are really meant for just that, admin and a look-see, I do not recommend changing them, they are sometimes updated in new releas...

Re: CumulusMX is omitting some 10-minute readings at random in the Jun19log.txt file

Switch on debug logging, let it run until the problem occurs a couple of times, then zip up your MXDiags folder and post it here.

Re: Cumulus Mx

It does not require an internet connection, but it does require you to use a browser to bring the user interface up - that is very unlikely to change.
As it says in the program output just point your browser to http://localhost:8998

Re: 24 Hour Time

You can specify a time format string to all date/time type webtags - read up in the Wiki about how to do this. You will have to edit the web site template files to achieve this. There is no global setting to do what you want - maybe there should be, but it's another for the (very long) todo list!

Re: Sensor PM 2.5 & PM 10 - Purpleair Network www.purpleair.com

Nice idea, but I'm afraid it will be way down the to-do list unless someone implements it themselves and contributes it back.

Re: Debug logging not being enabled

Normally WU unauthorised errors are due to people using the wrong password. WU provides you with two passwords, one for logging in to the web site, and another for uploading data, make sure you are using the latter in Cumulus - this is the Station Key registered with your PWS ID.

The base template is a freebie responsive template from here, the content is mainly my own work - but with some stuff is derived from pages available on the forum.
