I went away for the holiday, hence no login since the 23rd... I reinstalled the application in the same please each time and ran it in the same configuration. What I have been trying to do is wipe the whole program from my PC, reinstall and get it to recover the whole history stored in the device, a...

I had the pogram running on Vista 64 and have zipped up the Diags folder. I have installed Windows 7 today and reinstalled Cumulus and it will not download all of the data from the device and the memory is half full

I have reinstalled Cumulus and installed Cumulus 2 Alfa and it will not download all of the data from the device, has anyone any idea's as I have 2 months of data stuck in the devices memory
