For now TP2700WC is not working with Cumulus, so then I have to run WeatherSmart and upload to Wunderground to see my station online.

Find the device under 'Human Interface Devices' in Device Manager. It may or may not be obvious which one it is. Double click on the entry, go to the details tab, and select 'Hardware IDs'. It corrected the national character, but as you see data for 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 is shown in the wrong way!?

Have corrected strings.ini (Cumulus) and returned to the English term for wind

Noaa report is generated by Cumulus, but is there any chance that the report can be generated without national language set?
