Re: BT's Sager PHP Script V2 - For Cumulus

Bad news uncle_bob ...

Your barometer is way low:

Barometric pressure (bp), barometric pressure trend (bt), and barometric unit (bu) used by your weather station:
bp = 960.79
bt = -0.25
bu = hPa

Also confirmed by your site and 'banner'

Current charts show approx 1007 hPa !!

Re: BT's Sager PHP Script V2 - For Cumulus

@ kocher What was the cause of the failure? Did it have something to do with the characters? No ... I've had to rewrite BTJ's cURL routine, there was something that your and kochers servers didn't like. There was an (unknown) problem with the original code. I reworked the cURL grab routine until it ...

Re: BT's Sager PHP Script V2 - For Cumulus

@kocher Hi .... Interesting, at first glance you seem to have the same problem as uncle_bob ... Edit: Investigations continue, although I don't think there is anything the beteljuice has changed that would cause this. Re: BT's Sager PHP Script V2 - For Cumulus

OK .... Let's check you haven't got a problem with cURL Upload this to where your index page is located and give it call and see what happens. curltest.zip It should do two calls for METAR. 1st 'hard-coded' YSCB, the 2nd using value from bt-sager-cu.php Something like: http://beteljuice.co.uk/sager/...

Re: BT's Sager PHP Script V2 - For Cumulus

@uncle_bob

Although you have a bt-sager-cu.php I suspect it hasn't actually been processed / uploaded recently ...

Have a look at the copy on your server side of things and make sure it's been populated with all the info.

Failed opening required 'bt-sagerPlus.php' beteljuice problem !!! Edit sager_test.php # 21 require "bt-sager-wc.php"; I'll be updating the distribution files updated, and a few other small tweaks ... @uncle_bob It does seem as if it still can't see the METAR id change. Let me know when the updates ...

Re: Update time wrong

The weather stations manual (P.11 & 12 ) http://www.foshk.com/upload/manual/WH10 ... manual.pdf say the TZ should be -1 for GMT. (-4 is US Atlantic TZ)
