That's one way of doing things ...
BTW - all the dates are ?? Nov 2019 is that right, or just the 'sample' you're checking ?

BTW #2 - I'm adding you to my new 'Hateful People" list ;)

Re: Dayfile Ephemera

Now added 'Tomorrow" data.

The idea is not to produce a meaningless table, but rather to 'pepper' reasonably interesting data amongst your existing content.

eg. You may like to put some 'this day last year' info in brackets by current data.

... but each to their own I suppose

Edit: Ah .. It's MySQL dayfile ...

Re: Web Tag <DaysSince30Dec1899>

<#DaysSinceRecordsBegan> ... ... which in my case is greater than the number of days I've been using Cumulus Javascript is very unfriendly with date and time, but this will do what you want: <span id="since"></span> days of records<br/> <script> var today = new Date(); var dd = today.getDate(); var...

Re: Fire Weather, a new approach

@Hans

The key pointer is the last forecast colour (was it flashing ?) and not white or current level.
Is this intentional ?

Re: Bad reading nooa monthly e yearly report

Now't to do with the beteljuice. The web page viewer simply wraps what is generated in <PRE> tags so that spaces / linefeeds are respected. However Hans ... as you well know we are discovering an increasing amount of server / ftp combinations that are corrupting ° regardless of binary or ascii. ...

Re: Cumulusutils

Re. degree symbol problem in table ... What I think is happening is that although Hans prog is producing a .txt file, it is in fact encoded as UTF-8 and the symbol has been 'created' in the file. So if the symbol is replaced by ° it should be alright. (There have been a few strange problems w...

FireFox and JQuery - problems

:!:

IMPORTANT !

the beteljuice has only just discovered that if you run a 'secure' https:// site then whatever JQuery library you use must also use https://

Otherwise FF blocks the download as "mixed active content"

Time to check all your old pages !

Re: Humidity Maxes Out at 98%

It CAN also be done at the Davis console. From ProData website: The sensor will still likely be operating within its accuracy specification, which is typically ±3%, if not greater, close to 100%; Conditions of genuine 100% RH are relatively uncommon except in continuous thick fog – a rain shower or ...

Re: Humidity Maxes Out at 98%

I didn't think there were any sensors that achieved 100% unless they were under water ?

Don't I remember a 'setting' somewhere to treat 98% as 100% - there is in Cumulus if not in your console.

Re: Webtag problem

You still haven't said if this is all local (running your own server) or on the web. Sequence should be: webcamT.txt > processed > webcam.tmptxt > [renamed],[exported > to where ?] ... and if your overlay is using webcam.tmptxt then it should be looking in your new Cumulus location. Are all your oth...

Re: Webtag problem

I'm a little bemused by what you mat be putting where ?

It all depends on how the overlay is being done ... (html or a prog)
That is probably the path that needs investing. Is this 'local' or on the web ?
