Yes there is data before the install date. I can hopefully download to a 'retired' pc.

data not downloading
I have a Aercus weather station WS1093 and have installed cumulus software version 1.9.4 on new W11 pc. However when connecting my weather station data is not being fully downloded. The only data downloaded is for today, but nothing prior to this date. Any suggestions as to what might be preventing ...

The problem has been resolved. I left batteries out for 24 hrs and then connected base unit via usb cable to pc and base unit started up in the normal way. I then reinserted batteries and base unit connected to transmitter and recording has recommenced.

The low battery indicator was showing, so I changed batteries in both transmitter and base unit.
