Re: cumulus not responding

Problem solved.
First I uninstalled Cumulus
Then did a cold boot
Deleted the folder Cumulus in C drive
Ran CCleaner to remove registry files
Downloaded Cumulus and installed it on the computer
Copied Web files, data and Ini File
Everything now works a treat and the program is quick to respond

Re: cumulus not responding

Dear Mark & Steve, Many thanks for your reply and suggestions. I have completely uninstalled Cumulus, shut down the computer and then installed the program again. The program is now exactly as it was before. When I open the program, the data is quickly downloaded and everything appears to be wel...

Re: cumulus not responding

Cumulus is acting in most strange way. It will open, download data and publish onto the net. As long as I leave it alone it works OK, but the moment I try to open, say "view" it displays this, but when I try to close it the not responding comes up. Cumulus is then closed and when I open it...

After 10 years of using Cumulus with no real problems, today when I loaded it, data was updated and display was perfect. However the forecast showed as unavailable. When I went to the website melrosecrescentweather.co.uk the display showed the correct detail. However when I went to dials it stated t...

Wind Vane display in Watson 8681 solar

When I visit the web pages of other Cumulus users, I notice that their wind direction graph shows a great deal more information than mine does. (Melrosecrescentweather.co.uk) Look under the heading of Graphs and you will see that my wind direction graph is a very patchy. The average wind speed does ...

Re: Steel gauges UV and solar radiation

Thanks to those who responded to my problem. Thankfully it is now solved and the dials are working correctly. I was editing the wrong gauges file. I think my web pages is carrying a great deal of unnecessary files but I am dubious in deleting any now that everything is working well. I suppose I real...

Re: Steel gauges UV and solar radiation

This is my coding for gauges.js which appear in my public_html file on my website. This appears on my computer file and the updated file on the net. I cannot understand why your view does not coincide with mine. if (g_weatherProgram === 0) { // g_tipImgs for Cumulus users using the 'default' weather...

Dear Steve,
I've altered the code in gauges but the UV and Solar rad still won't co-operate.
Best wishes, Arthur

Steel gauges UV and solar radiation

melrosecrescentweather.co.uk
When I hover the mouse over the various gauges, the trends charts popup, However they do not for UV and Solar radiation even though these show in trends. How can I configure the gauges to show these trends?
Best wishes,
Arthur

Re: Wind direction

Dear Mark,
Many thanks for your reply.
Today the gauge seems to be working fine.

I hope that it was just a temporary glitch.
My very best wishes,
Arthur

Wind direction

I seem to have a peculiar problem in that my wind direction dial shows only the average (red) needle but sometimes the direction (Blue) needle does appear for a few seconds. Any ideas how to make both show? They used to until about 10 days ago
