I have not had problems running CMX 3.9.1 vs 3094,5,6 my comment really was to highlight a method of loading mono software that worked for me as a relatively new user. I struggled with the solution shown in the setup wiki and direct route worked for me.

Latest Cumulus MX V4 release 4.0.1 (build 4023) - 16 May 2024
(Note that 4.1.0 (build 4024) - 05 June 2024 remains available, but usage of this version is not recommended for Davis stations - and the included utility in this distribution for migrating to v4 is known to contain errors affecting conversion of dayfile.txt)

Legacy Cumulus 1 release 1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014

Re: Problems with latest build on Raspberry Pi 3.
I found the easiest way was to go directly to the Mono software site where the steps needed to load mono software onto Raspian are easily followed. It can be a bit slow but usually only takes 10 to 15 mins to complete. It is worth loading "mono-develop" to compile the software and then loa...

Re: *** Unofficial Users Map ***
Hi Ray
I am looking at the map on a W10 pc with no problems, perhaps it is your pc browser settings causing the issue.

AndyK

Re: *** Unofficial Users Map ***
Hi This seems to be a very good idea, I have added some basic details to a map pin for me ie user name and location and it saved the info on the list. When I closed the page and reopened it whilst my user id showed on the list the map did not. Do you have any thoughts on this problem? Thanks AndyK

Re: Simpler CMX use on Raspberry Pi
@HansR Noted your comments and agree big applause to the CMX support and development team. Regarding a simple solution for CMX installation and web site creation I am not sure. Some like me will enjoy the challenge of researching the literature to find the answers to problems that crop up, others wi...

Re: Simpler CMX use on Raspberry Pi
In reply to previous comments I would like to add my experience of CMX. My start point was from being a user of a Oregon weather station using Meteohub software on a RPi to enable low cost 24/7 processing of the weather data through to Wunderground. After a couple of years running the Oregon station...

New version of mono
I have been working on my RPi v4 and have just upgraded the version of mono to 6.12.0.90 (Fri Sept 4 14:28 2020) from the old 2019 version with no real problems. Checked that CumulusMX and Wunderground functioned as expected and no problems found. I hope this helps.

New user from Meteohub and Wunderground
I have recently set up CumulusMX on a RPi V4 to read the data from a Davis VP2 weather station. Previously I used the Davis VP2 system via a RPi v3 using Meteohub software and exported the data to Wunderground for about 4 years. I am pleased with the CumulusMX software and would ask if it is possibl...
