Re: Lost rain data in Cheshire for Jan/Feb. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the link Ray. I'm about 3 miles from Hartford, and clearly on the wetter side. (May we only differ by 0.13mm, so some data matches).
The only question for this year, is can I get 25mm more, to bring up 1.2m for the year (using that Jan/Feb data)!

Re: CumulusMX not generating new realtime.txt

Not a lot. But starting/stopping CumulusMX seems to have done the trick!
Realtime is now back live on my web, without having to configure anything extra.

Re: Cumulus unable to upload to website

Nope. FTPS is not supported by TSO. So, you'll have to find a way to have an FTP->SFTP bridge on your Pi, with an SSH client that does the connecting to TSO.

No idea what is available on Linux, or a Pi.

Re: Cumulus unable to upload to website

Hi Bridger.
Try port 2510. It seems to work better than 22. 21 is for old FTP and FTPS which TSO dont support.

Re: Cumulus unable to upload to website

Cursing their appalling tech support mostly... :) FTP works from CumulusMX, so I've used Bitvise as an ftp bridge to do SFTP with TSOHosting, but pass on the FTP requests from MX. https://www.bitvise.com/ftp-bridge Key thing is TSO are using a non-standard SFTP port. Normal port is 22 for SFTP. TSO ...

Re: Cumulus unable to upload to website

John - Are you by any chance hosted with TSOHosting? They switched to SFTP only on 18/12/2019, and I'm currently going through the agony of getting it re-connected.
I've had medium success. Only realtime.txt is causing problems now.
Cheers, Richard

CumulusMX not generating new realtime.txt

The final piece in the SFTP jigsaw... I have WinSCP all ready to roll, a good connection to my webhost, my normal webpages being sent via Bitvise SSH Client, but no newly generated realtime.txt. All the options are switched on: Auto Update Enable Realtime Enable RealtimeFTP Realtime.txt FTP Realtime...

Lost rain data in Cheshire for Jan/Feb. Can anyone help?

Hi First post here, be gentle :) My Vantage Vue had a transmitter fault that needed replacement, and it did not record any weather data from Jan 4th to when I replaced the transmitter in early March. So, I'm missing a ton of data. This year, in spite of losing two months data, I have broken my rain ...
