finally I found it out Error was generated by a wrong value in RS Transmission Factor It was set up at 8 (I don't know how, I never change it) and this is a not acceptale range. I put it to 0,80 and finally admin web page became black and editable. Now I saved with right lat/lon and it should works ...

I'll try to work directly in cumulus.ini
By admin interface i enter whole integr number (43 11 17, 13 47 19) but I cannot save. Something strange is that all block where I can write in are red (all the other page are black) and I cannot save.

editing with zero, something change. At least now by web I can see sunset, sunrise time (but I'm thinking they are wrong) NOAA generating is working, now let's wait for tomorrow to see if fpt upload is working to. Still, I cannot modify lat\long by web\settings. There is something more for sure, as ...

just leaving in cumulus.ini latitude and longitued empy, save and than correct via web interface or I have to delete LatTxt and LonTxt too by leaving them empty?

You are right, I have such a problem too, but I was thinking this could not be related to NOAA by web settings, I see latitued degrees 431925, then 0 in minutes and 0 in seconds latitued is setted to -592563, minutes -14 and secondo -8 Obviousily such a figures are wrong.
