Re: Pocket PWS - Android
Agree encoding issue. The file has a degree symbol in it and it has probably been saved as ANSI or similar. You need to go back to the original file, and if you need to edit it use a decent editor like Notepad++ or similar. OR Where you are using the file is interpreting the file as ANSI when it is...

Re: New Android Application
Actually, with Cumulus MX the app doesn't support this feature yet because the sunrise/sunset data is harder to retrieve, I'm studying how to do... For the moment I've left the fields there because in older versions (1.x) it was still available...

Hi Giorgio, New version is much better but, other than the temperature which is good, data shown is still quite faint and not easy to read on a quick glance. The multi station listing is a very nice feature! Enjoy, Paul Thanks you very much for this feedback, in the next update I'll make the text 1...

Re: New Android Application
Hello Paul!
after you've added a new source you just have to close the settings page and select the source you just added from the dropdown menu at top left
let me know if it works!

Re: New Android Application
Hey dazza, yes, the widget just shows the temperature, you can resize it to adjust the text size, do you suggest to show any other data?

Re: New Android Application
Ops right, I should've mentioned you have to put the link to realtime.txt file to see the data, this is because someone may want to be able to see the data from realtime.xml (from Cumulus 1.x) version.
Sorry for the inconvenient, I'll edit the original post!

New Android Application
Hello, everybody! My name is Giorgio Bertolotti, I'm a 20 year old software developer. Recently a friend of mine (who uses Cumulus software to monitor his PWS) told me that the application he used to see the data produced by his PWS was no longer supported and was not updated since 2013, so he asked...
