What the heck is wind run? I checked Wikipedia, Cumulus Wiki, Cumulus Help files and find nothing that defines Wind Run (except Wikipedia which wasn't much help).

Can/will someone explain what it means in simple English using (mostly) words of one syllable

Yeah

it's back up and running. Got some Lithium AA batteries and when I started changing them found that the temp/humidity takes AAA batteries so have to go back to get them. Still the station is registering on the software just fine.

Found them but am unable to make one for New Fairfield, CT. There doesn't seem to be any way to change the town/area from what the sticker looks like.

I notice there are weather stickers on many peoples signatures. I'd like one also but in all my searching I couldn't find any that would automatically up date various parameters. Solution found. Found the cable I need in another box of worms, actually three of them.

Now I will have to move the base station to the bedroom and find a place to put it. Also have to decide whether to use the table top PC or dedicate one to the unused lap tops so it can run 24/7.
