Re: Indoor and UV WunderStation

I have the graph showing Inside Temp included in the graphs on my website. I’ve added the widget on the WU app but it also shows -18C. I suspect it’s another thing broken at WU. My station hasn’t been showing on the WUnderground map for four days now despite continuous uploads to them. They’ve becom...

Re: Gap in Weather Underground data upload

I've been uploading to WU for nearly 10 years now and although the service has worsened in recent times I've not had the problem of sending data. But I leave my computer running continuously with 15 minute updates. Maybe the problem is with restarting the computer each morning. Why not leave it runn...

Re: A few brave testers wanted please

Before the thread is removed where can I find the latest version to download and hopefully embed on my website?

Full instructions would be mandatory for this novice. Thanks.

Re: New Record? Post here.

A new all-time high pressure record for this station. Quite a rarity after nearly 10 years running.

1045.8hPa recorded at 10:36 on 2 January 2019. Now dropped back to 1045.7.

Re: Cumulus 1 After 2020?

Hi Steve,

Happy stress-free 2019! :D Can I assume the tools within Cumulus 1 to correct any strange records will still work? THat reads either the dayfile.txt or other logs. Other than that I can't think of anything that would cause me a problem. 8-)

Re: Cumulus 1 After 2020?

Have all years up to 2020 been visible for several years? Maybe the list is only updated on a change of year?

Cumulus certainly won’t stop working after 2020. As Mark has said, just view the generated text file using Notepad.

Re: Cumulus 1 After 2020?

Ah so that’s in Cumulus itself. Right. I never view the data through Cumulus preferring to use my website.

I suppose it needs Steve to confirm one way or another. But the fallback is viewing it via the user’s website and presumably he has one.

Weather Summary for 2018

It would be interesting to read weather reports for 2018 from other stations around the world. Here in the UK we had a very warm and dry summer preceeded by a cold blast in late Feb / early March named by the media as "the beast from the east". :D For my station here in Cheshire, England here are th...

Re: Cumulus 1 After 2020?

It sounds like your PHP code is different to mine. Overnight I have a new row with all the months for 2019 visible (although greyed out for now). The limitation is probably in the PHP code, not the Cumulus executable. I wouldn't worry although it'ss possible your PHP code may require tweaking. Other...

Re: Sitelock - worth it?

I'm no expert on these matters but it sounds like something you don't really need. You have all your data backed up. You didn't mention how much you pay for your hosting but I was with Steve until recently. I've now switched to HostPresto and haven't had any such offer from them. I'm paying £24 per ...

Re: Air pressure is no longer updated (V1.9.4 b1100)

I'm no expert on decyphering the logs but this entry caught my eye. 29.11.2018 12:47:48.516 : EWUSB: Read pressure values: rel=1044,1 abs=584,1 offset =460,0 And there are multiple entries of these... 29.11.2018 12:51:12.663 : Pressure difference greater than specified; reading ignored 29.11.2018 12...

Re: HostPresto changing PHP from 5.6 to 7.2 - will this stop scripts working?

I rarely venture into Saratoga’s section as my website is HTML-based, not PHP. I will amend the files he listed but after that there really isn’t a problem as HostPresto will keep me on my current version of PHP. Beteljuice made a package available a while ago for the fancy data summary page. It was...

The changes SaratogaWX advised are already in the version I have (7.1 October 2018).

So if you have the latest then you should be OK.
Version of what? I downloaded a zip file beteljuice made available back in September. It has 14 files - 4 CSS, 1 GIF, 5 PHP, 3 PNG and 1 TXT.
