Steve Thank you for the reply. Im putting the grass temperature sensor in my Stevenson screen to calibrate it against the air temperature sensor so i know it reads the same, then i can put the sensor above the grass knowing its reading correctly. Ok i will have a go at producing a database. Thank you.

Thank you for the info. So cumulus is not at fault but my Instromet station. If so that's strange as i have replaced the datalogger, new pcb and rain gauge wiring and sensor, 3rd one now.

I attach the diags folder zip file, hope you receive it. I started the datalogging and debug logging around 19.00 yesterday 11th July. This is when it stopped raining and the readings increased even though no rain.

What command do i have to input

I know how to input things like

sudo nano today.ini

But not sure how to access the diags folder.

Hi all

I still have the rain gauge problem. This morning checking my readings my rainfall amount was 445 mm and my manual rain gauge read 0.2. I have taken apart the rain gauge and all seems ok. I have updated cumulus to the new version. Im stuck now? Any ideas?

The raingauge has been working from the day i installed it. This is the first problem ive had. Im tempted now on upgrading to new version of cumulus mx and starting again. I do need to look at the rain gauge though and check the wires to make sure everything is ok.
