It's a common feature of Fine Offset stations, that's why Cumulus has 'spike removal' settings. Are you not using those? There is information in the FAQ and wiki about correcting data. You will need to stop Cumulus and edit the November log file, and then the easiest way to correct the other files ...

Would like to upgrade due to problems.
Hi all, Hubby and I have a little wildlife garden, mainly for our local birds for over 20 years............we also like to keep a keen eye on the weather. I am quite new here I joined when I got a FO (and I use Cumulus) which loses sensor contact on a regular basis and throws the stats down the toil...
