I should have thought. Easyweather screen started to flash off and on again no data. These sets give no warning of low battery do they? I changed the batteries and it worked again. I did lose some data. I am wishing I had tried changing the batteries with the USB still connected. I just wonder wheth...

Thanks, I was using Cumulus 1.9.2 Build 1030 and that does not seem to have EWUSB scanning that first block or it doesn't say.

It was OK until I changed the time from NZDT to NZST.

Easyweather Plus reads the data OK.

I am interested in health effects of vitamin D and looking for hours of sunlight times UV index that hour to get a sort of dose. That is for various NZ cities including Hamilton.

I got to Windows 10 extra settings and was able to change AM to a.m. so Windows 10 could then recognise my old today.ini.

But it still won't get the readings from the WS3083

With the computer set to NZST Cumulus stopped receiving data after 1 am.

I am trying a Windows 10 machine but there is no option to change the date format to dd/mm/yy so no go.

I used the version that Scientific Sales pointed to. Easyweather seems to neglect readings before the date of installation. You are saying Cumulus doesn't? When I try a six-week graph of air pressure the week is divided into 4 segments rather than 7 by the intermediate divisions. But it is possible to use say the UV index to act as divisions.

Very old versions of Cumulus tended to discard all data when contact with the outdoor sensors was lost (on Fine Offset stations). What version and build of Cumulus? Was it running at the time - throughout the period where the outdoor signal was lost, including just before it started? Hi,

Transmission stopped for about an hour.

Easyweather shows the indoor values with squiggles for missing outdoor values but Cumulus shows nothing in the data file for the interruption period.
