You don't need to see the mono installation.
Have you installed CumulusMX?
If you have then all you need to do is move to the CumulusMX folder by typing: cd CumulusMX
Then run CumulusMX by typing: sudo mono CumulusMX.exe
Remember the capital letters are important.

Try running this in your terminal window:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
That's should resolve the broken packages.

After removing/reinstalling mono, mozroots etc and checking the CumulusMX.ini file to find my Twitter password some how was all in uppercase (!) - it now works.

Yes I have tried installing/reinstalling the certs a few times using sudo mozroots .... etc
