    Hello Marc, thank you for the advice, that raspbian is not the real debian.
    I am also not aware that there is a difference between the raspian (Buster) and debian buster.
    Anyway, Richard wrote, that it is suddenly working for him.

    Debian running on a Windows Box as a win subsystem is not knowing about the -4 (which means: only IPV4) command
    running on a "real" debian will work
