So, no thoughts about why it switched to a 5-minute interval, despite my uploading every 1 minute? Surrounding stations are updating at 1-minute intervals, so I thought it (wunderground) was doing something.

What other weather aggregators are now recommended versus wunderground?

After updating to the latest CMX, I notice that now my PWS in Wunderground is only updating every 5 minutes. Turning on CMX logging confirms that I am indeed sending updates to Wunderground every 1 minute. Did Wunderground change something to override the 1 minute update, or am I missing another set...

I will add that Yahoo mail also has an app-specific capability. So if anyone reading this thread is subscribed to Yahoo mail, you do a similar operation in the account settings.

Thanks freddie! That was exactly the ticket. I did not know that existed. Now I can go set up a similar thing for our NAS, which has never been able to send an email.

Finally figured it out. DNS was working correctly, but I was experimenting with a PiHole, and had messed up the hostname lookup precedence. Once I left it to the default, it was fine.

Coincidence was that wunderground was having trouble at the same time.
