I have completely upgraded the firmware on the rpi3. I installed the latest mono version 6 and the moon was back-to-front. I downgraded to mono v5 and everything works as it should.
Excellent.
Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.
Cheers
Philip

Error saving Internet settings rpi
Using dist3036, I get an error saving the internet settings.
The error is 'Error [object Object]'
The updated data does get saved in the Cumulus.ini.
I am using raspberrypi.
I tested in Windows and all fine. And also with dist3031 and that was fine.
Thanks
Philip

Pressure gauge
When viewing the 'Dashboard' and 'gauges' page on the local CumulusMX site the Pressure gauge, on the gauges page, looks rather strange. The scale goes from
-10 to about 1000 hpa. So the pointer is always all the way around. Any ideas please.

CumulusMX on RaspberryPi with 1-wire sensors
I have setup CumulusMX on the rpi. I have discovered that the rpi will also read the 1-wire temperature sensors (and I think other 1-wire sensors). I have plugged the 1-wire USB adaptor into a USB port and the readings soon are available in the rpi. (in the /sys/bus/w1/devices/ directory) See http:/...

Re: CumulusMX, RPI and Vantagepro2 on tcpip
Ah great. The
DavisIPResponseTime=1000
Seems to have done the trick. Well maybe I spoke too soon.
When I changed it to 2000 it stopped working at all.
Seems to work most of the time set at 1000.
I can't see in Cumulus.ini where I turn the debug on
Cheers

OK, we have the program working. I am using it for soil temp and for estimating the cloud cover at night. It can also be used for establishing the daytime cloud cover. To access the program and instructions see:
