Re: currentlogfile tag at month change
I like these sorts of suggestions, solves a problem, and takes a minute to implement  Done for the next release. It will continue with the previous months log file name for the logging interval + 1 minute after the month rollover. Thanks mcrossley. It makes a big difference with that little ef...

Slow connection from apache to cumulus MX server
Hi I have Cumulus MX and my website webserver on the same PC and I have been using a PHP script with file_get_contents catching http://127.0.0.1:8998/api/data/currentdata to feed my web site gauges page but in the latest MX versions the response is very slow, around 15 secs to get the data. Directly...

Re: NOAA Hi/Low mean temp
Hi Thanks for including that option Meanwhile I've managed with a PHP script running just after midnight rollover/generations to generate a new report from the just created Cumulus one including the HI/LO besides the integration method: https://meteoarchena.es/informes%20NOAA/NOAAMO0621.txt https://...

Re: NOAA Hi/Low mean temp
Some people make the averages like that (several years) with WL software or collecting manually max/min temperatures of the day and it would be interesting to have that option in MX too. Just for continuity.

Re: High gust speed in monthly lofiles
Here is my Cumulus MX graph in action: http://www.meteoarchena.es/graficos.php Note that wind (Viento) graph with that "flat peaks". The current gust field would create a less high gust. I have only Cumulus monthly logfiles available from february 2018 (sadly I missed the previous ones sin...

Re: High gust speed in monthly lofiles
That's the reason I have 1 minute logging interval, for not missing any relevant value. For higher intervals it could be the high or low value reached in the interval time for the other values.WD records its logs that way. Anyway the temperature, humidity or pressure values have not so many readings...

High gust speed in monthly lofiles
Hi I'am working with monthly logfiles to draw different values with highcharts and in the wind chart I find two values for the wind gust. I suppose Recent High windgust logfile value is the high wind gust in the 10 last minutes ... I suppose so because it is the value by default in Cumulus wind char...

Re: Graphs datepicker
if it's not too much to ask for… could some of these tweaks include to ask for a specific day of the log ? the way http://127.0.0.1:8998/api/data/logfile? ... 020&day=23
for example ??
If not thank you anyway

Re: Graphs datepicker
Well.... my previous tests have been with build 3086 but after upgrading to 3088 there have been a lot of improvements in performance because MX has almost instanly served the data.... Chrome has been a little bit lazy loading the whole json.... I've requested 50,000 lines and Chrome has served 28,0...

Re: Graphs datepicker
Impossible for me.... 1,000 requests to 06-2020 log ----- 195 kB ------- 19.4 seconds (Chrome developer tools), Cumulus MX CPU usage about 45% while processing 06-2020 log with 1 minute interval recording has 5,628 kB and 43,027 lines Maybe the log size would be the problem.... P.D. mcrossley your 0...
